Stalls

Book a Stall at the Carnival

Please read the following information before booking.

  1. To secure the booking you will need to pay for the stall in full.

  2. For the cost of your booking, you will get your pitch (4m x 4m or 8m x 4m).

  3. We are unable to provide gazebos, however you are welcome to bring your own on the day.

  4. All stallholders must have public liability insurance and a copy of this must be provided to the Committee in advance.

  5. We do not allow Fairground Game stalls. For example: Hook a Duck, Tin Can Alley.

  6. The following items are not to be given as prizes or sold:

    • Live Animals e.g. Goldfish

    • Alcohol

    • Silly String

    • Party Poppers

    • Bangers

  1. For food stall traders, please contact us separately as we will only have limited food stalls on the day.

  2. Further details regarding access and parking for traders will be sent just before the event.

  3. On the day, please use the Skip (located behind the Leisure Centre Building) on site for rubbish from your stall. Please do not fill the litter bins around the site. If your stall will generate rubbish, e.g. Toys or food sold in packaging, please consider bringing your own bin for the stall.

  4. Stalls can be booked by post or by emailing the form to info@winwickcarnival.co.uk

  5. Payment for your pitch is by BACS directly into our bank account (details will be provided to accepted applications).
