Winwick Carnival is a fantastic community event that brings together local residents, families, businesses, charities and visitors for a day of fun, entertainment and celebration.

We welcome applications from food vendors, craft makers, local businesses, community groups and traders looking to showcase and sell their products and services.

Stall Fees

Food Vendors
£60 per stall

Sales Stalls
£30 per stall

This includes:

  • Craft stalls
  • Retail stalls
  • Local business promotions
  • Homemade food and baked goods for sale

Registered Charities
FREE

Charity stalls are free of charge for registered charities only. Proof of charity registration may be requested.

Important Information

  • Submission of a booking form does not guarantee a stall space.
  • Applications will be reviewed by the Carnival Committee.
  • Successful applicants will be contacted with payment details and further event information.
  • Stallholders are responsible for providing their own equipment, tables, gazebos and display materials unless otherwise agreed.
  • Food vendors must hold appropriate food hygiene certification and public liability insurance.
